The Marshall Gardner Center anchors the artist energy on the street and is activated by their Miller Beach Arts & Creative District team with bimonthly exhibits of new and emerging or established artists. They host the Miller Community Theater, and two annual fest: Fest in the First and Lake Effekt Mural Fest.
